Admission Process
The entrance process is conducted every year for candidates of Diploma Courses of Polytechnics / Institutions affiliated to the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, under the Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP). A written examination is conducted, and on the basis of merit and reservation, institutions and branches are allotted through online counselling.

Admission Form for New Student of I Year and II Year-Lateral Entry with following documents
- Provisional Admission Letter
- Jeecup Admit Card (Photo Copy)
- Jeecup Result/ Score Card
- Online Document Verification Certificate
- Fees Payment Details on JEECUP (For GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC/SC/ST: ₹ 3000/-)
- High School Mark Sheet & Certificate (Photo Copy and Original both)
- Intermediate Mark Sheet & Certificate (Photo Copy and Original both)
- ITI Mark Sheet (Photo Copy and Original both)
- ITI Certificate (Photo Copy and Original both)
- Graduate/ Post Graduate Mark Sheet and Certificate if Student is Graduate / Post-Graduate
- Original Copy of Transfer Certificate (TC) / Migration Certificate (MC)
- Original Copy of Character Certificate (CC)
- Original Copy of Medical Certificate
- Anti-Ragging Certificate
- Category Certificate (GEN-Economically Weaker Section (GEN-EWS) / OBC / SC / ST) (Photo Copy and Original both)
- Sub Category Certificate if Applicable Physically Handicapped / Military Personnel / Freedom Fighter
- Domicile Certificate (Photo Copy and Original both)
- Father’s/ Guardian’s Income Certificate (Photo Copy and Original both)
- Aadhaar Card (Photo Copy and Original both)
- Original GAP Certificate (Notary/ Affidavit)
- For GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC/SC/ST candidates: SBI Collect Receipt of ₹7370/-
Note: All above documents in photo copy form must be self attested by student.
Note: Examination fee of Rs 840/- for both semesters must be submitted by student on BTE portal during filling of board form.
Note: Insurance fee of Rs 96/- will be submitted on the counter in office.

Note: Minimum age must not be less than 14 years on date: 01-07-2026. DOB must be before 01-07-2012.
